(2025) Visit after 56 years of colleague from Bishop Manogue Hish School (Sacramento, California), Ann Marriott, who contacted me through this website. Ann’s great-grandparents emigrated from the Island of Flores to California in the 19^th century, so she came to discover the islands of her ancestors and to rekindle our high school days, after more than five decades without any contact between the two of us! I loved getting to know Ann today, comparing our memories of the past and present, and doing an inter-Island trip with her to Flores Island and to Pico Island. Thank you, Ann!
